The Wagyu smash burger took center stage, new sandwiches joined the lineup, and we tightened up the whole concept around big flavor and great ingredients. But every once in a while, we hear about dishes from the old days that people still talk about. One of the most requested items? The Smoked Bologna Sandwich.
So we decided it was time.
