Here’s what’s going down:
A whole full-blood Wagyu cow from Bar R Wagyu in Eastern Washington
We’re all about nose-to-tail butchery. Never heard of it? Simple. We use the whole damn animal, making every cut of meat available in our meat case. Cuts range from $20 to $180+ for both the curious buyer and you diehard Wagyu fans.
We’ll also have A5 Wagyu from Miyazaki, Japan—the gold standard of beef.
DJ Derek Moon from the Revelry Room has been spinning discs since the ‘90’s and will keep the party going on our patio.
Our expert mixologist, Sarah, has our bar fully stocked to shake, stir, and pour whatever the hell you feel like drinking. Whiskey? Gin? Tequila? Don’t matter, we have it. (We’ll also be featuring Sarah’s signature custom whiskey bottles so be sure to ask!)
You better come hungry ‘cause we got the best beef on Earth smoking in our pit. We never said you couldn’t try before you buy!
