Join us for an unforgettable Three-Course Wagyu Dinner paired with MICHTER’S Whiskey. Chef Tyler will showcase a menu featuring the luxurious A5 Wagyu beef from Miyazaki, Japan, and Full Blood Wagyu beef from the Pacific Northwest.

To complement the meal, Sara will pair each course with her favorite Michter’s Whiskeys, enhancing the rich flavors of the beef and the whiskey for a truly elevated dining experience.

This year, we’re featuring over 70 lbs of authentic A5 Wagyu from Miyazaki, Japan, alongside a full-blood Wagyu cow from Pacific Rogue Wagyu in Southern Oregon.

Every cut imaginable will be available—ribeyes, skirts, bavettes, tenderloins, and more!
